La Jamada - Burgos

Finally found a restaurant with international orientation in burgos. Although I love the Spanish cuisine and the majority of Spanish chefs great, I sometimes miss more international restaurants. to my surprise, a well-known Spanish cook, antonio arrabal, a lawyer of a televized professional cooking competition here in Spain, who almost won, opened a restaurant with more on the menu then roasted meat, a paella or a bean plum. the starters are great with traditional dresses (salads, fish as well as sushis, tatakis, makis and cheviches! and also perfectly made! wow, finally a decent sushi, without going to madrid! for the main course. Now, I am always skeptical for hamburger, but this was here. wow (again) based on traditional meat dishes from the region and spanish we had a place for dessert. I don't want to miss the mochi! my partner has fallen for the yuzu suppe, sweet! will go again, especially since the price is moderate. love my city (also more)

Un lugar donde los sabores te llevan a viajar por todo el mundo. Excelente servicio y Antonio, su personal, nos ha atendido de maravilla.

Un lugar único con una cocina de autor en un ambiente excelente, ideal para disfrutar de una comida informal con amigos o familiares.

Estaba con algunos amigos y nos trataron fenomenal. el personal es muy atento y la comida brutal! Se lo recomiendo a todos. ¡Volveré!
