De moda en Burgos. Atención de camareros excelente, posibilidad de comedores privados para grupos. La comida elaborada, novedosa elaboración y precio acorde al trabajo que lleva la preparación. Destacan los raviolis de buey y los langostinos en empura con salsa japo.
Disappointment. To contextualize, we were a large group and we took the 45 euro menu. Go ahead and say that it is not the restaurant profile for large groups, in any case I insist, disappointment. Except for the chop carpaccio, the rest of the dishes went completely unnoticed. Lots of cream and siphon sauce that left us all with a final feeling of heaviness. Dried hake, in many cases the cut on the plate was the tip of the tail. The bread looks like it was bought at Mercadona. That said, disappointment, I don't think any of us who were eating were left wanting to go back and repeat the a la carte. The correct, extensive wine list with some references at a reasonable price. Very uneven service. There were some waiters, particularly with the coffee, who were not very accurate and made unfortunate comments.
