Cold Stone Creamery - Burgoon

The restaurant frequently runs out of items, sometimes even hours before closing. They have been known to run out of milk as well.

This coldstone location is the worst I have ever visited. The employees seem very unhappy and unenthusiastic about serving customers. They often make mistakes with orders and seem clueless about the different mix-ins available. The quality of the ice cream creations is subpar as they are not mixed properly and the mix-ins are often wasted because they do not fit in the bowls. Additionally, despite claiming to close at 10pm, they usually close around 9:30pm.
