Applebee's Grill - Burgoon

Got it to go. Got appetizers. Pretty good. Have never been disappointed.

This visit was disappointing as the poor waitress seemed to be the only one working. The time delays for our beverages, appetizers AND entrees had at least 15-20 minutes in-between each of our dinner orders. At the beginning of our arrival, I told the waitress we were celebrating the birthday for our 17 yr old granddaughter as we were leaving after being there for 2 hours+, she says oops. I forgot your birthday ice cream wewere already SO late, we could not come back to enjoy anymore time at Applebee 's.

We waited about an hour just to get our appetizers, and when we did get them, the chicken was still raw. The service was ok, but it was just weird because they weren’t busy at all, yet they couldn’t get food out to us sooner or cooked? Just was a little

Both times we've gone, it's been busy but the staff are quick and friendly. Travis was our server both times and he is so friendly and helpful with everything.
