The Habit Burger Grill - Burbank

The burgers were ok... they were tasty and the different options make for interesting sandwiches, but for what we paid were the only patty burgers on the small side.

WATER WATER WATER UP!!! What's going on with the cash registers? They're dead and don't pay attention at all. They screwed up our order and when I approached the cashier (a young white child) to correct the order, he immediately cut in and said to speak with someone else behind the counter. Don't even excuse us. Zero customer service skills available here. I get that work hands are short, but it's not so hard to people who actually know one thing or two about food service and are attentive enough to work in the food industry. It is obvious that he did not want to be there and was not interested in seeing how a bunch of other customers had complaints, and waiting time was extremely long.

It happened to me before when you order to get us vs eat there always the frits come much less. I asked the girl who gave me the order that the Pommes were very little and she said that it wasn't her.

Friendly staff, but my burger wasn't great. I love a roasted bungalow, but the bungalow was so dried up that he could not. As in a whole side of the bungalow was crispy, so I had to eat the burger without bread.

We ordered with the app for curbside, because we were very short on time. The app was easy and I enjoyed being able to customize everything without holding up a line. The food was ready on time. So... the chicken sandwiches were amazing! Unfortunately, the fries and greenbeans were super soggy and greasy. We also did not get my salad nor did we get my son's drink with his kid's meal.... Disappointing...
