The Coffee Bean Tea Leaf - Burbank

This coffee shop is one of my favorites. I especially enjoy their black forest coffee, which is made with ground chocolate-covered coffee beans and maraschino cherries for a strong but sweet flavor. The location is clean, the staff is friendly, and the service is quick.

My girlfriend and I decided to visit this restaurant today while we were in the Burbank area enjoying the beautiful sunny weather after the rain. She is a big fan of Coffee Bean, but due to Covid and mall limitations, it has been difficult to find a location near our place. However, the Coffee Bean in Burbank has always been a go-to for her. When we arrived, we were able to walk up to the counter and place her order easily. She loves their Mocha Latte, which holds special memories as it was the drink we had on our first date at a Coffee Bean in Northridge. Her drink was prepared quickly as there were no other orders ahead of us. The only challenge we had was finding parking, but due to Covid, there were more spots available than before. We usually park at the police station down the street as it is easier to get out and less crowded. It also allows us to get some exercise and explore Burbank. The customer service we received was exceptional.

The place was alright for a coffee bean location. Nothing real special about it other than it's in Burbank. There have been some times where they made my drinks really watered down or just really bitter when they are not supposed to be. I do have to say in the location it tends to be really cool so if your looking for a place to stop in while walking the streets of Burbank then this is a good spot. Not a lot of dessert options here which is typical for a coffee bean. It seems as though compared to other coffee beans this one has a bit more politics which is unusual for a coffee shop. The baristas are all from what I've seen, pretty good at their job; I have never gotten a drink that was so bad I couldn't drink or one that was really bad to the point where I had to ask for another one. The décor in there is kind of plain; the chairs and tables are really wobbly and sometimes it's annoying but it's such a small inconvenience that it doesn't really matter. Overall, this place is really just average. Nothing special, nothing exceptional. :

Love Coming Here! I get greeted with a smile and they take the time to listen cuz when I order it?s like a new item/ drink lol. The employees are friendly and don?t give attitude. One of my favorite spots to go get drinks. You should go!
