Ribs USA - Burbank

I just finished my 1/2 bbq huh with kartoffelsalat as side, all I can say to my good people. this is the kindest bbq place I've done. the atmosphere is cozy, service is amazing. eating is ready at a good time, the menu/the daily specialties are something they can not beat! will definitely come back!

I had the cook, it's like half a rack with one side. but I added one more. half rack of baby-backed bean and kartoffel salad. and of gang maisbrot. was there for a meeting was great. did not say much during the meeting. the personal was friendly. it was just a girl, but she was beautiful enough. my friend has an salat. huge and looked great....if I am in the opposite, I will return. Five stars.

So delicious! my friend moved here a year ago from south and he could never find a good grill. he tried many places, but can never find that satisfied him. I told him about nasty usa and how my father works there in high school, and he wanted to try. we ordered the ribs, and they fell out of the bone and my friend said that this is the best grill he is hard since he moved here!

Used to love going here as the food is decent. On New Years Eve I had a large order from them for my party. I was treated with such disrespect and indifference that I wrote a personal email to the manager. The manager never even had the courage to respond and question me about my complaint. I can only assume that he bought the justifications his incompetent employees gave him. I will now discourage anyone I can from going there where I used to be a huge fan.

Horrible customer service, if you order ahead of time for pick-up you cannot come pickup your order until they handle any type of dispute, walk-ins, or phone calls.I literally waited about 15 minutes while another customer found one of her items missing from her order, she then changed her order and paid for her new items.All while my already prepared, already paid for order just sat there on the counter getting cold, simply because they didn't feel like handing it to me.Even after asking politely.
