Mcdonald's - Burbank

Great location of many who are close to me. service and their employees are always pleasant and knowledgeable. the management is very professional and has handled well with the situation that had happened for another customer while I was there. from many mcdonald’s I visited, this was one of the top 5 for cleanliness, completed ordering time when using running gear through and the app and ease in the box and window. thanks to mcdonald’s location and everything is employees

They never fail if they miss either food or extras. I like it so unlikely to go back, but today ws must have eaten because I didn't eat with my fingers, I had no utensilien, serviettes or syrup for my pancakes.

On a Saturday evening in the drive thru at 9:05 hrs. the girl who commanded was quick to take my order and the young man in the window that took the money was friendly and welcoming. he even wished us a good evening (that is not something that is common today with younger employees) I would call him with names, but he did not wear a name badge. in the pick-up window ethan greeted us and was just as friendly. all employees on this special evening were professional and polite.

Again, my order shortened, had no nuggets and 2 hot and spicy mcchickens. I didn't check the bag. how hard can it be to put everything in the bag.

The attendance employees need more training my order was wrong I never get my double cheese burger.
