Ben Jerry's Ice Cream - Burbank

This restaurant is one of my top choices for celebrating special occasions with my family. I have always been a fan of B&J's and their storefront lived up to my expectations. The staff members were extremely pleasant and went above and beyond to make my young daughter feel special. I am grateful for the exceptional service they provided.

Ben and Jerry's has been at this location for what feels like forever. Sometimes, they have the Burbank Fire Department serve customers to help raise funds. The service is friendly and attentive.

Had the chocolate shake and it was good. I'd still prefer the Belgian chocolate shake from Haagen-Dazs, but this shake was quite good. However, I recall it costing $10 though.

Good old Ben Jerry ice where you can never go wrong on a hot day. Due to the whole Kovid situation they have closed the din in the experience and it is still closed to California relax on the restriction. You have to use hand sanitation for you, and they allow you to eat outside the store. The staff are friendly and still give you sample to try the different flavors. You need to participate in the park structure or you can park where the Burbank shopping center is and only walk to this place. I park at the police station as they have public parking and it is easier to get in and also easier to walk.

I am not a fan of going into a restaurant minutes before close because it's rude. With that said my wife and I really wanted time ben and Jerry's. The closing staff that evening were awesome. They even offered to remake my waffle cone bowl when I dropped it and some if the cone broke on the counter. Totally unnecessary, I told them! My only suggestion is if you could carry take away carriers for those occasional customers that are doing a pick up! Thanks!
