Butcher Shop - Bunyip

Great pub! Lovely atmosphere, yummy food and friendly staff.

Went there for my birthday in Feb... absolutley awesome atmosphere

Always a brilliant meal and service is always wonderful; meals are a generous size.

In the butcher shop hotel we enjoyed Sunday dinner. the restaurant has a very pleasant facility did not feel that we were in a country pub. the menu is quite typical for pub food with some distinctive twists. the service was not fast, but ok I had the impression that they did not expect as many diner as arrived. but the staff was friendly and helpful. we only ordered net parts delivered within a reasonable time. I enjoyed the avo parmigiana with hollandaise sauce the chicken was tender and damp, not over boiled. there was a large portion chips, of which I left most on the plate. The Hollandaise sauce was excellent, but it was inclined to drown the others. my wife enjoyed the pasta. there was a generous amount of seafood with the pasta and the whole dish was very delicious. we're done with coffee. a very pleasant lunch in a “off the beaten track” location.

When they stop for a Sunday car ride in this hotel in Bungalow-victoria. the butcher shop hotel. the food was excellent and fresh. the steaks cooked to perfection medium rare. I was told that new owners took over. very friendly staff there are no jobs. great service my friends ordered meeresfruit and also said it was very tasty and really fresh the pub was packed out and all 1 was so friendly great place will go back and book my next function there.
