Starbucks - Buncombe County

The lady working was so so rude. she acted like she wanted to do anything else but wait on me. rolled her eyes when I asked for sweet cream cold foam, and my usual order doesn’t taste like it usually does. The worst Starbucks I have ever been

Didn't give me a grande iced pumpkin cream chai latte with no ice with fall bogo deal :(ps: here's a cool toad i found

Manager gave me soy when I told her almond. She heard me say almond, wrote A for almond on my cup but gave me soy. If I was allergic this would be a bigger problem. I 've worked with many people who have said they are told by their managers at starbucks to substitute certain coffees, but never milks. This is a new low. The average coffee consumer may not be able to tell the difference between a medium roast and a dark roast but everyone can tell the difference between milks. I 'm furious.

Very slow service. Waited over 20 min for my drink. I was late for work. They need to pick up the pace n be fast like the Starbucks in the ingles in swannanoa. I def won’t order again from here

Dairy makes me really sick. They made my drink wrong (with dairy) and thought rinsing the cup would be okay before remaking it. When I told them I could get sick from the residue the lady working became very rude and annoyed. If you have any food sensitivities I would highly recommend going somewhere else . It 's not worth the risk of getting sick.
