Ihop - Bullhead City

DON'T DO IT. We waited over 45 minutes to be seated (no problem... They were busy) even though we were told 30 minutes. We sat for 25 minutes just waiting to get a drink and place our order. We finally flagged down a server (older lady in a red shirt that was obviously mad at everyone) who told us they were completely out of cups so we couldn't get drinks and proceeded to walk down the row and tell every table that they were out and they had to wait (people waiting for refills or drink orders). A few minutes later, another server came by and got us drinks however wouldn't take our order. We waited again and flagged someone down about 10 minutes later. She said she had to check if she was our server or someone else. She just didn't know. Turns out she was the server... Smh... She took our order a few minutes later and explained that she manager had changed how they do the table chart and no one knew whose tables were theirs. We got EGGS... after waiting ANOTHER 40+ minutes, we were done. We requested the bill for our drinks and told the server to cancel the eggs. She apologized and didn't charge us for the drinks. NOT WORTH THE WAIT. Can't speak to the food as we never got ANYTHING in over an hour of being there. Other tables were complaining as well so at least the first had a conversation piece to talk about! We will NOT be back

We decided to go eat some breakfast lunch so we decided on IHOP and boy was it disappointing from the start. We sat down and ordered drinks and they were out of Pepsi then when we decided on what we were going to eat I ordered a Buffalo Chicken melt and was informed they had no Buffalo sauce then ordered onion rings and was told they were out. Then when my food came it had a onion ring on the burger so we asked how they were out and there was one in my food and was told they saved enough just for those burgers. Before that we waited about 45 minutes for the food to come and keep in mind the restaurant was nearly empty and after we received the food my wife’s big steak omelette came out way over cooked, places were burnt and not edible at all. The waitress Samantha 94 was very rude and put our food down and left, we had no silverware and was not asked if we needed any salsa or anything else. We had to ask another employee for silverware. It was the worst experience at IHOP ever and will never return.

My wife got a hair in her burrito and the management and waiter wasn't too concerned. Will not eat Here again. Also waited 1 hour to experience that...

The server waited until the food was done to come tell me that they were out of crepes and asked if I wanted to substitute with something else. I say no just bring out the eggs and sausage it's fine. She then brings out the food for the table and says that my husband's meal is missing half the waffle but they are making the other half right now. As you will see in the photo, the half she brought out was burnt and crispy. She then didn't bring out the remaining half waffle until we were completely done eating. She brought the ticket and came to tell me that ringing up the eggs, sausage and hashbrowns that I didn't want nor eat would be more than the crepes that I ordered and didn't get I asked for a manager. The manager took forever to come out and speak with us. She removed the chicken and waffles but still charged for the eggs and sausage but removed the hashbrowns. The eggs weren't even over easy as requested when I didn't get the food I wanted period. I feel like i shouldn't have been charged..... the rest of the table all had complaints as well. The only thing that was good was the pancakes. In the photos you'll notice it wasn't like we ate it all then complained. A bunch of food was wasted unfortunately bc it was burnt, wrong or flavorless

Time to be seated was OK. 10 minutes tops. We sat down at 3:05. Waited 20 minutes to be asked our order. We ordered 2 coffees a gingersnap milkshake. Then we ordered 2 plates of French toast a happy hour plate. Drinks came first. Milkshake wasn't gingersnap. It was just vanilla milkshake with 4 small red sour berries. Terrible berries. I don't even know what they were. Cup was dirty too you could see the water droplet stains at the bottom. We waited until 3:50 to see if our food was at least out. Nothing. Even the table in front of us had sat down before us and all they had was water. Not a single plate on their table. Terrible service overall. We didn't wait for our food, we just left. Not wasting my time to wait for bad food. I saw the reviews right after we left. Thank God we left.
