Veneto Club - Bulleen

Delicious specials, especially if you enjoy radicchio and gorgonzola. I am loving the talented chefs at this restaurant. #vcchefdavid has done an excellent job.

We have been to functions and the bistro several times. The functions have always been excellent, but the Bistro has been disappointing. The service from the staff has also been very average. I phoned and complained about our meals and the poor service and was promised a gift certificate to compensate for the meal I could not eat, and have heard nothing since. Never received anything. Another member of our group (we were 13) also phoned to complain and was told to send an email. We might attend functions but I doubt any of our group will dine in the Bistro again. All our meals were below average.

Drive past this place every day and always wanted too check it out. So glad that family took me here for my birthday dinner. great atmosphere with something always on.. when we went there they had bingo upstairs and a soccer game next door. the deserts are amazing!!. nearby bulleen park is great during the day

Traditional Italian food, very good quality and value, same menu as bistro, in upstairs dinner dance. Best part of the music is it gets people on a table moving around to talk to each other if they dont want to dance. Our children did lots of dancing, and enjoyed it a lot. Good service, helpful waiters, Only downside is no BYO, and bar prices. Need to book more than a week ahead.

I have dined at Veneto Club a few times and have always been satisfied, but it seems that something may have changed as it had been 7 months since my last visit. During my most recent visit for a meeting, I ordered the rolled pork belly. Unfortunately, after waiting 45 minutes and seeing others receive their meals, I had to request that my meal be expedited. The waitress did not return, so I decided to speak to the manager on duty. The manager informed me that my meal had been mistakenly served to another patron. Despite offering a free coffee or cake as compensation, I was disappointed as I was there for a meeting and had missed out on valuable time due to the mix-up. I believe a refund for the meal would have been more appropriate in this situation. Additionally, the replacement pork belly lacked the desired crispy crackling that is expected with this dish. Overall, I was left frustrated by the subpar service and dining experience. The staff could benefit from more training to prevent similar incidents in the future.
