Ihop - Bull Run

I’ve been going here forever but today was disappointing. I waited for twenty minutes and no one came to get our order. Walked out. Dennys got our business instead.

My grandson and I go to IHop for our breakfast dates. Michael is the best. The manager is friendly and the hostess smiles and greets us even though this is a busy place. The oders come out right and in a timely manner. The place is clean and has a great atmosphere

Immediate seating, Mimi was our server and she was charming and very attentive. Great food, perfectly prepared.

We have eaten at this Ihop twice now. This restaurant is sooo, much better than the one in our neighborhood. We come from hoodbridge area and it's a vast difference! We even have leftover bc it's so good.

We placed our order with Katerin and she came out with our orders messed up. When I told her my order was completely wrong and she gave my wife a hash brown instead of fries like we asked for she got mad. She began to argue with me telling me I was wrong and I didn’t order what I thought I did even tho I pointed to the picture of my order when ordering. She then snatched my plate from me and went to the back and started to talk junk about me. She came back with the correct order for me but gave me the same fries I got the first time which were now cold and she did not bring my wife her fries that we asked her for TWICE. After that she walked away and never came back to our table. We were unable to enjoy our food because we had no refills at all. She should not be allowed to serve or she needs to learn how to be a server and work on her customer service. We will not be dining at this location again.
