I have been going to this store since so many years (guess more than 7 years and been big fan of which wich sandwich but what happened today 2/17/2024 when I walked in around 2:07 PM was simply shocker and cannot believe it happened. I had enough points to redeem one free sandwich so I used it but store owner got mad and started insulting me saying you always take free sandwich and I am like what you mean? and he said you took free sandwich last time also. I tried explaining him that its which wich brand point and coupon system and I have earned it due to being frequent customer to which wich store and he kept insulting me by continuously saying loudly I gave you free sandwich in front of couple other customers and repeatedly insulting me when I tried explaining him again and again that its not free, its coupon that I used to redeem. He again kept saying the same thing and then said I know how to run the business and I should not explain him. I was surprised that he said he knows how to run the business and as per his business sense customers should not redeem coupons provided by the brand in his store. I am going to reach out to the brand on this matter anyway to get brand perception but wanted to let other customers know how they treat if you want to redeem coupons.

Wasn't sure if it's something about white people but I tried being nice to them greeted them before I walked in they didn't look at me or say anything when I was the customer greeting down waited a long time for my order never asked me if I needed help helped two other people in front of me that were Indian that came in after me so I told them shalamualaikum and they just looked at me like I was stupid but they're Indian so they say namaste but I didn't say that cuz I was trying to be uncordial at the fact that they're Muslim and they hate white people and then they probably spit in my sandwich without me knowing it tasted like gooey curry syrup spit it was not good I feel like they probably danced around my sandwich to put a hex on it and now I'm growing a third limb from my pancreas and all because I didn't worship Allah at the right time
