Wendy's - Buford

The service was quite good. However, there was a problem with the woman who took my order; she tried to sneak in an extra charge for a lemonade. Instead of simply asking if I wanted a regular or a natural lemonade, she charged me extra for the natural one without giving me a choice. Although the line was long, it moved fairly quickly. I also noticed some people leaving before I got to the drive-thru, so it seems that dining inside is available.

I just visited this Wendy’s and wish every restaurant had service like this! I ordered a salad without tomatoes, and when I got to the window, the staff were kind enough to ask if I was allergic and if they needed to make a completely new salad. While I was paying, the girl taking my card made the whole experience even better with a compliment. I didn’t catch her name, but she had a little pink in her hair (so adorable!) and provided excellent customer service!
