Subway - Buford

All 3 of the employees were really sweet young people. They are all learning the new menu and had a lot of helpful suggestions. One of the employees was in the middle of a deep cleaning and it was nice to see the employees care about the condition of the store. My husband and I left out of there happy and when we got home, our sandwiches were perfect. This will be my new Subway location. I live closer to another one but I don't like their service.

I think visits like mine absolutely need to be shared. I called before hand because I knew I was cutting it close to closing time. Jessie answered and was beyond welcoming. My experiences in food service lately range from miserable to wonderful. We are all short staffed, over worked, and stressed. These 3 guys gave NO inkling of any of that. They were AWESOME. They were all smiling and professionally joking around. We chatted for a few minutes after ordering. While making my sandwich, they noticed the bread wasn't up to par and replaced it without me having to ask. The atmosphere and vibe here are nothing short of amazing. You can tell the staff enjoy their jobs but also have respect for their shift lead, Jessie. Huge kudos to the 3 working tonight. I would go out of my way to go here even tho it's not the closest location to my house.

Jessie and Jayme are wonderful. They both were working tonight and displayed a positive happy attitude. It makes me want to come back to their store. I have an event every Monday night nearby and I plan to visit again.

Not been to a Subway since a tragedy in my life, but, I was craving subway. This Subway did not disappoint, my sandwich was hitting, on point and I forgot to add double meat like I wanted. But, that sandwich didn't disappoint at all.

I started going to this location last month to get a bite before work. Most Subways that I?ve been to are kind of dirty, disorganized, and the workers don?t seem to care very much. This location is the exact opposite! The store is clean, the team members work together, and genuinely care about your order. They make casual conversation with you and greet absolutely everyone who walks through the door. Everyone is very polite and wants you to leave with a good experience. I genuinely enjoy going to get lunch from this location!
