Steak 'n Shake - Buford

While visiting family, had lunch at Steak n Shake. Double Burger fries and a shake.

I have never ever had a bad experience with Steak 'n Shake me and my whole family absolutely love getting to eat here we don 't get to eat it much because we live pretty far away from one but when we come across one we will definitely be eating there, we love the food love the shakes and just all around love everything about the restaurant. We will definitely be eating at Steak 'n Shake when we are around for sure, can 't go wrong!

Kiosk-only ordering and barcode-locked drink dispensers made for an unwelcome return to Steak ‘n’ Shake (could my last visit really be pre-pandemic? . The food was still good, and the staff both helpful and friendly.

Everything is digital when it comes to ordering. They forgot a fry that I ordered. Didn't realize it until be got home which is a 35 minute drive. They're I've machine doesn't work and had a bucket of ice with a scoop. The ice was melted all the way down. You have to scan your receipt to get side out if the machine. It cuts off after a few seconds and you have to rescan your receipt and try again. The soda was DISGUSTING! They had no carbonation. So 4 drinks that I paid for was trashed bc they weren't drinkable. Very unsatisfied!!!! NEVER AGAIN!
