Chili's Grill - Buford

Our server was amazing this night. Your Jameson Margarita was super good. We loved the dividers for the cabins as another security measure for COVID-19. We felt particularly comfortable even though we had to wait for a table that they had politely asked us to wait in our car and we got a text when our table was ready. The food was really filled. Good night after a long weekend.

From the Hamilton Mill location now for about 6 months I always have my order via the phone between 10-10:15 or the order in online. The last two nights I called or tried an online order in and I can't do that anymore. I came too late from my work and thought an order in 45 minutes before a restaurant closes would be very reasonable. They're closing at 11:00. I don't know who manages this restaurant, but you lost my business because I can't see why I have placed over 50 orders in the last 5 months and had no problems giving you businessmen and not eating in 45 minutes before you close. Why do you do this to your loyal customers? Why prevent people from entering orders via phone 30-45 minutes before you close? Does that sound like a way to keep happy customers?

Chili's Hamilton Mill is the most amazing Chili's! The servers actually get to know you, and our server never let our glass get more than half empty before there was a replacement ther for us! Steak was cooked perfectly and my wife's fajitas were scrumptious! Too much good to list it all!

We stopped here enroute to our moving destination. My wife and I ordered the burgers. Forgotten how good these burgers are here. Flat out..a knock out of the park! My wife had a side of chili and I had a side of enchilada soup. The chili was the best I had in a long time, the enchilada soup was good and hearty but the chili won the flavor of the day! Darn good food here! Good service too. Our waiter was all over it!
