The Ward Buffalo Riverworks

The food was quite unremarkable, and the service was average at best. I don't plan on returning. I also wish we could have enjoyed our meal on the patio instead of sitting indoors.

We made a reservation for 6 PM and arrived on time. We were promptly seated within minutes. Our waiter was friendly and took our drink orders right away. The drinks arrived about 10 minutes later, and we then placed our order for two burgers. However, after waiting for almost an hour and 20 minutes without any updates, we decided we couldn't wait any longer and wanted to leave. When we checked in with our waiter, he apologized but didn't provide any answers about the status of our food. We left feeling very hungry and quite disappointed with our experience.

The soup was served cold, the appetizer never arrived, and my dinner order was incorrect.

We were late in the day on Mothers' Day so many items were gone; the help was tired and service was extremely slow!
