Taj Grill - Buffalo

I just wanted to put more detail into this review after having a bad experience at another local Indian restaurant for take out. Taj Grill has really friendly servers. I remember going with a group of friends who were not familiar with Indian cuisine, and they asked a lotttt of questions lol about many of the dishes, but the server was really patient. He was on the younger side. I like that there are different spice levels for the food. I honestly would get it a little spicier next time because I like it hot ! I would certainly dine in at Taj Grill again because of their portion sizes and their customer service.

We used to love this place and frequent when buffet was around but since month over month it continues to dive. Butter chicken was terribly sweet and nothing authentic. Gobi mancharían was absolutely terrible and needs to come off menu. After living and traveling india for 1.5 yrs and trying every place in WNY it’s too bad that things have fallen to low quality. I hope this feedback helps them make change. We travel now from fredonia to visit old favorites and we don’t plan to return for a very long while :

We did door dash so didn't see the place or service but the food was excellent. The beef xacuti and chicken tikka massala were very good. I had the beef hot and it was a good spice kick but easy to eat. The appetizer sampler was awesome, got to try five different things and was great for two people to share. The meals themselves came with a lot of rice and enough to eat twice. This was my first time ordering from here and I'm sure we will be back. Garlic naan was a hit too. We had some other kind of wheat bread and the crispy bread and they were nice. Sauces were good.

The paneer tikka masala was tasty with a good punch of Indian spices. The garlic naan was crispy and yummy . Do try both of them.

I’ve eaten here so many times and each time the meal has been spectacular. Order anything off the menu and you’ll be happy! They should start a punch card system for frequent visitor (like me).
