Food is horrible, the New owner is REALLY STUPID and has no clue what he is Doing!!! Super slow staff and the seem to never get a order correct!!! Bring Back Greg!!!

There seems to be a pizza place within a mile of wherever you are in the Buffalo area, but rather than go to the closest place, we go to Pizza Factory Ice Cream on Borden Rd near French Rd in Cheektowaga. The crust is tender, the sauce is delicious andgenerous. We enjoy ham on our pizza, and it is plentiful. It's definitely worth the drive.

Went on a particularly hot day for some ice cream and the customer service was exceptional. Pizza looks delicious? dare i say better than most food chains out there : Owners are very nice and inside is well furnished. Very cheap and very good!Definitely the place to be if you?re looking to get nice pizza and ice cream. Will come back again!
