Dunkin' - Buffalo

Paid 6$ for a medium iced matcha that was 70% ice and the actual drink made up no more than a small sized cup. never ordering from here again

First and last time ever going there stood there for 10 minutes nobody acknowledged me nobody said hello inside the lobby I guess it takes two people to run drive-thru and make drinks so I guess whoever walks in is not important. And if I could give ita zero star I would. I'm at 1:56 on a Thursday p.m. so I guess I'll just go to Tim Hortons down the street at least stillacknowledge me

Today I had the most horrible service in the drive thru window. This person with locks in his hair was and is disrespectful and extremely rude. Whatever customer service training he may have had he must of missed those days.Normally the service here is very good.If you see this person demand a different person to take your order.

Coffee is good, but that's ding when I order an XL coffee I'm sure it's a xl. the floor looks more than xl. I love my dunkin, but even the cinnamon rolls also have smaller and peeps. for the price it should be a little bigger, not the size of a regular donut. only my wise

On October 30th, I experienced the worst service at this restaurant. I waited in the drive-thru to place my order, and was told it would only be a minute. However, the employee kept me waiting while assisting other customers inside the store and chatting with coworkers. They never returned to take my order, so I ended up driving away without being served. The employees seemed more interested in talking to each other than attending to customers. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of service.
