Cole's is the quintessential Buffalo bar/pub. It has been and always will be my favorite bar in the city. The staff are always welcoming and the bartenders are the best in town. They treat you like they've known you for years even if they only met you five minutes ago. I would recommend cole's to anyone looking for a true and traditional Buffalo bar/restaurant experience. A place that's been open that long has to be doing something right!

My girlfriend, two friends and I went to Coles for brunch on New year's day this past Sunday. Our server was very attentive, despite also serving a party of 14 in the same room. My **** Caesar was delicious, and I got a double for the next round. The hollandaise and poached eggs that accompanied my smoked salmon and latke were perfect. We had no complaints about the he food or service, and if we ever get another Sunday off, we'll be back for brunch!
