Bidwell - Buffalo

Awesome! Anyone that loves being catered to in every way will swoon for Bidwell on Allen. We have always enjoyed letting a chef show us not only their skills but what the best ingredients in the area are and you can't go wrong at Bidwell in both areas. Beautiful, calm location for intimate dinner. Lovely service and the BEST playlist from Courtney. Matt couldn't have done better behind the scenes Every course had a beautiful presentation and I can't say enough about how delicious every sauce was. Save your bread to sop it up!! So reasonably priced for food and wine pairing. Anyone who has ever experienced Binkleys in PHX AZ will understand the gem we have here in the 716!

I was skeptical when I saw the small serving sizes but after nine of them (including a dessert course) we were full and happy! Many of the courses were outside of the box foods that i wouldn't typically pick for myself off of a menu and i'm so glad they were chosen for me. Each course brought something vreative and tasty to the table. I recommend adding the $35 wine pairing (1 wine per 3 courses) it really made the evening complete!

Courtney and Matt are amazing, your visit will not disappoint!! Be prepared to call a month or 2 ahead to reserve your seats, but it is very much worth it!

Bidwell provides an intimate and unique experience that I haven'texperienced in the area.I appreciated the attention to detail on each dish as well as the space itself.Each dish was phenomenal, even the ones my partner and I weren't sure about due to personal preferences. Stand outs included the Maitake Mushroom, Beef, and Duck courses. Truly could not pick a favorite. I also love how they source their food and showcase the farms on the menu itself. We will absolutely be returning.

This is less of a restaurant and more a dining experience. From the intimate ambiance to the personal touch by having the chef come out to speak with every customer, Bidwell deserves five stars across the board. With the menu being set you can elect to enhance your dinner by adding a wine pairing to some of the plates which were perfectly catered. During the dessert portion you will be offered your own french press for coffee to top off an incredible night. Would recommend to anyone looking for a special occasion or even just a night out.
