Aguacates Mexican Grill - Buffalo

Im.so.leary.of tex-mex food in Buffalo because some just don't know. Lloyd's is lousy and not sure how Mighty Taco survived all of these years...yikes. I really loved my first visit here we had the fajitas quesadillas and they were fantastic, hardy and flavorable. My only suggestion is invest in thinner white chips (serve them warm) with real homemade salsa like watery Chipotle flavor...not that jar stuff with those hard chips. After having tex-mex in California and 2 specific restaurants (Guapos) in DC area, and studied in Mexico, there's nothing like real authentic tex-mex flavors. I also commend you on the garnish on the side lettuce, pico, guacamole. I'll be back. I've finally found a spot. Don't forget to work on the salsa, you will have lines out the door.

$8 used to get a large beer (in 2024). Now there is no more large beer but you still pay the same price. Not worth it anymore.

Was such good food.. Such a shame it takes absolutely forever to get your food and check, had to ask for my check twice and still wait forever. Then they forgot parts of the order.

The 1800 tequila margarita for $15 is huge and you get a good buzz from it. Love the Mexican fajita: shrimp and steak.

Too bad service and very expensive and they serve like a horrible place in bad taste
