Axel's Bistro Cafe - Buffalo Grove

One of the BEST breakfast places around. Jennifer, the owner, is amazing and treats her customers like family. Will keep coming back to this spot!

Had an breakfast date here and got the chicken and waffel, hubby got the protein and we both got hot chocolate. it was so good! j was our server and she was so sweet. she even warmed up hot koko again and more whipped cream and fold on the top! the cafe is women in possession and super sweet and beautiful!

First time at Axel's. The staff is excellent friendly, helpful and the atmosphere is lively and cheerful. The food was so good. Our kids had chicken tenders that actually looked and tasted like chicken. Our table enjoyed a variety of breakfast and lunch plates that were all delicious. My one complaint would be how long it took to get our food. Fortunately, the kids were occupied and the server kept our coffee cups full, so it wasn't that big of a deal. We are definitely going back.

I love this place! It has quickly become my favorite go to breakfast restaurant. Staff is very friendly, service is great and food is excellent. My kids love the Oreo waffles/pancakes. my son enjoys the chicken and waffles. Each time I try something new and I have yet to be disappointed. Highly recommend!

The service was amazing and we absolutely enjoyed the food! We also adored their adorable Valentine's Day decorations! Update: They are now extending their opening hours due to high demand!
