Worst place I've ever been, poor cleaning, poor costumer services, too hard for the 10 or 12 people working there to make one simple small latte, specially at the breakfast time? is the closer to my work so.i go on my breakfast every day drive through, I like latte but they ask you to drive to the back door and they just forget about you, then I decided to walk in and they said that they were doing a machine cleaning, not even said, can you wait 5 to 10 min or some

This location is always in a rush, everytime they make it seem like they are pushing you away. We are trying to explain there is something wrong with the order and they don’t listen.. because of this rush they didnt put all the toppings in my sandwich this is not the first time. This location is the worst one to go to in Burlington! Their food is always messily put together, the staff barely speak English and are quite disorganized. They leave people waiting at the order screen without any reconfirmation showing on screen. They did not scan my app for roll up the rim program because all they cared about was accepting payment. If you can go to any other Tim's in the area, I strongly advise you to do so! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
