Been going to this Pizza Hut branch for over a year now- during the Christmas season they seemed to be a little slow- I had to wait a longer than expected a few times for take out. However since January, every order I've placed has been on time, the staff have been friendly, the pizza delicious- and they have affordable deals that I utilize through their website. Last night, I had the pleasure of picking up my order at Pizza Hut in Burlington, and I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by one of their staff members. As I arrived, a charming small lady greeted me with a welcoming smile and a very approachable demeanor. she took the time to assist me with my large order. What truly stood out was her hospitality and consideration. Understanding that the weather was windy and my order was piping hot, she insisted on accompanying me to my car, ensuring that my pizzas reached safely. Although I didn't catch her name, I wanted to express my gratitude for her outstanding service. Her kindness and attention to detail made my experience at Pizza Hut truly memorable.
