Pizza Hut - Buffalo

I ordered a pan pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. Attached is how it arrived. No sticker across the pizza box to ensure that it was not tampered with and as you can see from the presentation of the pizza it tasted as bad as it looked. I called the store right away to let them know about the problem and they rudely told me that they cook the pizza just fine and they can't do anything. I would not recommend ordering from this Pizza Hut Service: Delivery

Up until today I was a regular customer at this location. After the customer service I received today I will NEVER come back to this location.. You lost a good customer who works close by and would come for lunch once per week!!

We ordered 2 pizzas tonight from here and on half of one of them one of the ingredients was sour. From the smell you could tell that something was off and we ended up throwing it out because it was inedible. We called to tell them what happened and was told to call back when the Mgr was there and when we called back he refused to do anything and said there was nothing that could be done. Terrible customer service...definitely will make a point to never order from this location again.
