I visited this bar last August, hoping to catch a CFL game, being Canadian and all. However, when I asked the bartender to put it on, I overheard the bouncer telling her, We 're not putting on preseason football. Despite clarifying that I wasn 't asking for NFL preseason, they refused. Instead, they had tennis on, which was a disappointment.To top it off, during another one of my visits, when I went to pay with my American Express Centurion card, the manager saw the name Nikki and asked if it was my mom 's card. The manager didn 't bother asking for my ID or any confirmation that I was actually Nikki. Since he questioned me about my name you would think he would? It was almost as if he didn 't believe I could have a Centurion card and seemed bitter. Completely unprofessional behaviour all around. Haven 't been back since and have been telling everyone about my experience.

1. I called to make a reservation for 15 people on the 15th of March. Asked if they had wheelchair accessible area, and they said yes . 2. Upon arrival, we were seated in a small area in 2 separate booths where my wheelchair friend had to abandon her wheelchair because they didn't have any area where we could all sit together at a regular table. THIS WAS VERY DIFFICULT FOR HER !! Also, there was NO RESERVATION UNDER MY NAME. Whoever answered the phone that day when I called just left us hanging!!! 3. How the hell are you supposed to talk to anyone when the music is so loud! ??? This was a reunion for a group of employees, and we could barely hear each other!! I am very disappointed in the fact that we were led on to believe we could have what we asked for and what one handicapped person required.
