I've visited Burger Factory twice now, and unfortunately, the second time will be my last. While my first visit was passable, my recent experience left much to be desired. Firstly, upon entering, I noticed there was no music playing, and the atmosphere lacked any vibe or energy. It felt quite dull and uninspiring. The staff seemed disinterested and couldn't care less about providing good service. Now, onto the burgers themselves. I ordered a beef patty burger, and to my disappointment, the patty was significantly smaller than the bun, making it feel like I was mainly eating bread for the first several bites. Additionally, I decided to splurge on some extra toppings, only to find that they were incredibly stingy with them. It felt like I hardly got any toppings at all, which was quite disappointing given the extra cost. Overall, my experience at Burger Factory was far from great. Not only were the burgers lacking in taste and value, but the service was also subpar. There are definitely better options out there that offer tastier food, better value for money, and superior service. If you're looking for a burger joint with more bang for your buck and a better dining experience overall, I'd suggest exploring other options in the area. Taste of food was exactly the same as I want and the service by staff (Jatin and Gagan) is the best, I can say.
