Restaurant Silbergras - Büren

The restaurant writes "satisfied genus culture for all senses" with fresh, regional products on the flag - and that in my eyes too right! but from the beginning:The gastronomic selection at the airport paderborn is more manageable. So what to do to satisfy the appetit on something reasonable beyond sweetness, occupied rolls etc? the answer is the silvergrass! the exhibitor in the airport with hint to the hotel (and very small below the restaurant) awakens the impression of sterile airport hotel with snack. makes little lust on an attempt. but the short distance is worth it!I was surprised by stylish, simple and yet cozy ambiente, extremely nice staff and a pleasantly manageable map with regional food with whipped. the greeting from the kitchen lets hope: polenta slices with tomate (so tomato flavor on the polenta slices)>- very good.Ordered I have baked couscous on ratatouille with pesto, mangochutney and wild herbs salad. the baked couscousbällchen were beautifully crispy outside and juicy inside, the nice with a lot of bite, pesto and mangochutney also matched great. And the salat was made with a very fine dressing.The whole for fair 10,50€ (not forget: we are not here in a quick snack...). I have been very happy and come back safely next time (thank you hopefully with more time)!Many thanks to the entire team and still much success!

The treat from the staff is really polite and nice, the place (restaurant) is really cool and the food is really tasty. Price is accordingly, not so expensive but neither cheap. The menu changes over time and this is really nice, different dishes every week.

Nice restaurant in the airport hotel right at the airport. The price-performance ratio is very good. Great dishes, beautifully dressed! Currently a somewhat smaller card through the corona situation, but there is something for everyone. Interior beautifully decorated. The outside area is wide and with a very beautiful view. Quietly located The service is fast and friendly! Again, you can really recommend

In early September 2021 we celebrated a family celebration with 14 adults and 9 children to whom we had pre-ordered a buffet. Pre-debate, food/service and rework were very good. We were all particularly satisfied with the food: It was very tasty with 1a quality, as was also abundant in the amount calculated. We were very happy about such a nice lunch for our celebration.

Our favorite restaurant. Atmosphere is right, food is always delicious, and the service is very nice and accommodating without it acting on.
