Sparaw Recoleta - Buenos Aires

Went for a sandwich and did not see that inspiring, but after the toasting it, the personal pimped it with avocado and flavored to my tasting and it ended really beautiful!

Sparaw offers organic juices in glass bottles (reusable) large combinations of fresh fruit and vegetables, they also have detox juice offers and also clean food and truffle. small position in recoleta, to take away or to eat in a bar.

Great small takeaway deli that makes some healthy and fill bowls. I had tempo and avocado in mine. to accompany Passionfruit chocolate balls and kale wars. paid £10 for three items so good.

Eating is just for a quick grab and go and not the best they eat, but still ok. the desserts, although with frutos secos in the bottom and an art cream top is excellent

Got a quinoa salad bowl, it was delicious. I ate it at the place, and you get choice of sauces, toppings and seeds to go with the salad. It was really tasty. I had a choco juice to go with that, again, really nice, although bit too sweet for my personal liking. Would definitely go again.
