RODI 's Bar and Restaurant

As we asked for a lunch recommendation, friendly guy from Ayres Recoletta sent us to Rodi. We may only be happy with this advice. Place we really close and quite crowded during the late lunch time, we visited. We opted for steaks and bottle of decent Malbec wine for two. Even the meat was not the best I have ever tried we left Rodi’s satisfied. You may expect there solid food, reasonable pricing and real atmosphere of Argentinian hospitality

Rodi Bar was just steps from our hotel and was recommended to us by the management. We were not disappointed. I had fish escabeche and Russian potato salad, and my adult daughter had steak. We were both pleased with our meals which were substantial in size and tasty. The restaurant was casual, but had linen tablecloths and napkins, and felt special. We recommend it for a good value meal.

Great Argentinian style restaurant. Here is where a lot of locals eat. Quite busy and noisy. Great service with good typical Argentinian dishes. This is the type of restaurant that will make you feel like a local. Not expensive.

Good people watching. Arrived at 8:30 and place was busy by the time we left at 10 pm there was a line up outside. Good quality food and inexpensive. Service was slow near the end but didn't matter.

Delicious lunch. Service was quite good. Not fancy but straight forward steak topped with fried egg. served with french fries and carrot salad. Large portions and excellent prices make it a great place for lunch.. With the exchange about $12 without wine. I will return.
