El Patio de Montevideo - Buenos Aires

We went with friends to their neigborhood parrilla: yummy! The four of us ate a huge meal, with steaks, for about $50/4 people. Try the squash puree and the salads with your steaks! Note: don't bother order extra side dishes: the extras that accompany the steaks would have been enough food for us. We were too full for dessert, so I don't know how those taste, although the rice pudding sounded great.

The restaurant is an expanded patio, now covered. They eat late there, went at 11:00pm and it was busy. With families still coming in on a Sunday. Service was very good. Fairly simple menu of beef.

Excellent service, typical Argentinian dishes ,nice atmosphere. Cozy and plenty of locals. It reminded me of cozy tavernas in Greece! You should definitely try the steaks and the sausages! Dissent wine at good price,too.

I was close to here in hotel and spent 2 dinner here. Good and typical place for steakhouse. Pleanty of local people. Clean and good. Not so big portions but good. Worth a visit other two if in the area.
