El Mirasol de la Recova - Buenos Aires

The food and especislly Meat was excellent. The service was very good. Prices reasonable. Wines were good and the people there were mainly local which is always a good sign.

We had a great experience for our party of Our waiter helped us decide how many salads, appetizers, and sides to order for the group, and how much meat we needed. This was great! We had perfect amount and variety. Our waiter was excellent...and attentive.

There were six of us for dinner who over-ordered as there was so much food. Salads were interesting and tasty, in fact everything was delicious and of course their steaks mouth watering. Our waiter's service was also very attentive.

We had dinner here one night while we were in Buenos Aries. It was blocks from the Hotel. There was more food than we could eat. There was a celery salad that would have fed people. We asked got French Fries and they...came out on a platter. Then we split a oz. beef tenderloin. We were stuffed at the end of the meal. When in Buenos Aries eat beef and drink Malbec. There was kinds of Malbec on the wine list. The bill was Canadian.

We had dinner here on our first visit to BA six years ago and had to return for an encore. We choose Caesar Salad to share, filet mignon, french fries and creamed spinach. Yum! The staff was very helpful and professional, including requesting a radio...cab to take us back to the hotel. I noted that the Maitre de and the Receptionist were greeted with hugs and handshakes by about of the patrons. Truly a local favorite.
