Dellepiane Bar - Buenos Aires

We came here for lunch and loved it! It was crazy busy full of locals, which is always a good sign, and a bit of a wait but that was ok with us. The burgers and fries were huge! We even ordered the homemade onion rings, which was an enormous portion but oh so good! My husband got the classic burger and I got the vegetarian burger, which I really loved. Great selection of beers and friendly staff!

I do not know where to start. The atmosphere is very cute and the attention of the staff is good. The burgers are delicious, the prices are consistent. I recommend the hamburger "dellepiane" accompanied with draft beer. The menu is quite descriptive to understand what to order. The "ribs chips" are AWESOME (fries + BBQ + ribbs cut into pieces) Impossible not to be thinking when to return.

Buenos Aires has experienced a boom in hamburger joints in the past couple years, with seemingly every closed restaurant re-opening as either a hamburger place or brewery. I love a good hamburger and have tried quite a few around the city. By far my favorite is at Dellepiane. The burger is amazing, flavorful, messy, good bun, good fries, friendly service. The restaurant itself is tiny and a little gloomy inside because of the lack of windows, but well worth it. The wait can get a bit out of hand at peak dinner time, so either go very early or at lunch during the week.

We decided to go eat there because the place was recommended to us by a friend. I had no idea that the place even exits and now I know why. I am a burger fanatic and I have tried almost all reputable burger restaurants in BA. So the fries were cold, needed salt, and the portion was smaller than expected. I payed 17 Pesos extra for that curry cheese sauce and it was ok but not worth 17 Pesos. Ok so the burger: I ordered the El Paso burger which they claim to have Guacamole, and it did. But damn they could have been a bit more generous with the amount. Bread was low quality and sticky. Burger needed salt and more flavor as a whole. But most importantly, and this is the part that actually makes the difference, the meat sucked. It is worse than McDonald's burger meat. Also, it is one thing to serve bad meat but another thing to also serve it burned! Come on!Prices were relatively high, although I would pay that amount of money for a burger at another place. 175 pesos for a burger, fries and water for this quality is not worth it. The only reason I am giving it a 2 and not a 1 is because the service was great and so was the atmosphere. Not recommendable!

Have a good tasty hamburguers, just the palce is to small for the number of people that they afort, they should reject people cause they told us hold on for 20 minutes and was an hour and 10 minutes but the food was 10 points any way
