Brasero Atlantico - Buenos Aires

I typically never write bad reviews but I had the WORST experience here and I want to make sure other people don’t have the same experience. First, it took over 45 minutes to get our meal. The 4 tables of 2-3 people that sat down...got there meal and PAID for their meal before we even got our food. Second, our steak was well done when I asked for medium and after waiting 45 minutes it was horrible. The food was sub par. Nothing special at all and THEN they try to double charge me on the steak because I was a tourist! It put it in such a bad mood. This is and absolute NO GO.

We came there by chance as the place we aimed for was full and were pleasantly surprised. It is a small place with the sitting options inside and outside, quick service and very tasty food

We had a group of about 10 of us, wanting to dine and have a few drinks before we left this amazing country but after waiting around and not being acknowledged, we asked if we could use the empty bench as there was not enough...seats. The waitress refused to seat us. They had more tables than chairs which made no sense. She in no way tried to help or accomodate us. Frankly, her attitude was poor and obviously did not want our business. We are tourists, ready to spend our hard earned money to stimulate an already struggling Argentinian economy but they did not want our business. Poor form, stay clear. Shame.

Arrived to have a couple of drinks with a couple of other friends, stood next to a table for 20 minutes with no chairs and no acknowledgment. The only time we were acknowledged by the waiter was when she told us not to move chairs...from other free tables over to ours. We then ask if she can help us find chairs for everyone to sit and she just looks at us and says no. If you want to have an amazing experience go to the bar next door inside the flower shop. They definitely know alot more about how a business works. They probably need to get rid of the waiter with short brown hair and a nose ring if they want their business to survive.

Small place next to flowershop, there they make good food, and serve good wines. A happy place where you sit in line. Intimite atmosphere with attentive staff. Fair prices.
