An absolute gem! The service was fantastic, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The sushi was extraordinary—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. My personal favorite was the tuna nigiri, which was absolutely divine. The restaurant's ambiance was just perfect, with soft music playing and a sleek interior that gave off a calm, welcoming vibe. Whether you’re a sushi connoisseur or a newcomer, this place is a must-try!

We came on a busy sunday evening. When we placed our name on the waitlist it said about a 50 minute wait so we went to the Source to shop for a bit. Our table was ready after 30 minutes so we quickly headed back. Even though it was over 10 minutes to get back and they had removed us from the waitlist, the hostess was still accommodating and seated us as we arrived. I ordered the Green Chili Shio Ramen which actually had a very nice kick to it. The spice is from the soup base and not just a seasoning or topping. The soup was very delicate and light but the noodles were a bit too soft and not chewy, a bit reminiscent of overcooked instant maruchan noodles. This may be the style of ramen from the prefecture it comes from but I am more used to an al dente style noodle. Overall, the ramen is not bad but I just would enjoy a less mushy noodle.
