Bad customer service. A week ago I had a yogurt smoothie (less sweet) and I loved him so much. So I came back today to order the same thing. But the taste was gone last time. The yogurt taste was too weak and the taste was too diluted. So I asked the checkout to make it taste with more yogurt. But the cashier gave me a look like ?wtf? and smacked me and turned away from me. The other girl helped me, but the attitude wasn't nice at all. Her attitude was so rude and I felt careless. Anyone who is the manager or the owner must give these workers an appropriate lesson as to how to treat a customer with any way.

I wish I could put a zero on this review. I ordered online 20 minutes ago. I came and my order was not ready. They said they still did it. They called the next 10 orders before my order number, without my order being resolved. I pushed BEFORE. I've been trying. Trash company. Mediocre boba. Treat your customers with respect and perhaps receive repetitions. I don't understand how this is acceptable if I have ordered online to skip the line as you have advertised. It was a terrible experience. One thing I will never spend money again if there are unlimited better options on the street even.

For a few years we have come here and everything seems to get more budget over time. Popcorn use chicken to come with sweet and acidic sauce and now it does not. Parmesan frits smell like 99 cents powder cheese. Even the shaved ice is no longer as presentational as it is used. Time to find a new place in the area.

I like it, they have a lot to chose from. My only problem was i like my milk tea pretty sweet. Unlike other places they didn't have a option to make my drink a tad sweeter. My boyfriend liked his drink though.
