Cafe Nieve - Buena Park

The people here are so nice. they also have smoothies, tee and other fruit drinks. they also serve baked and sandwiches. tables available to buy a break from the shopping. the prices are reasonable.

I come here because I like the drinks but today when I was ordering my drink the cashier didn’t wanted to make my drink just the way I like it. Just simple I asked her for less sweetener on my Thai Tea, but instead she refuses to. I asked my drink like that because I cannot have too much sugar. I ended up throwing it away.

They messed up our order and also the customer before us , I didn’t make a scene but poor customer service , also not impressed with the drink I got at all …I would give 0 starts but I can’t do I give them a 1

Good prices, yummy chocolate muffins, and yummy taro smoothies. Visited this place for the first time today and ordered a chocolate muffin and taro smoothie. The chocolate muffin was extremely moist and they did not hold out on the chocolate chips! I made a request to substitute the milk with almond milk and they delivered : I think their taro smoothie is made of taro powder, ice and milk of your choosing, but was yummy nonetheless. Their muffins are $2 and their medium drinks look like a large and they are $5-something as of November 2021 as I'm writing this review. Give them a try when you're feeling the munchies :

Located the in the Buena Park Downtown mall, they are a cute little cafe that offers specialty coffee and pastries. Customer service was great and the females that helped me were really friendly. I had the croissant waffle and and Iced Mexican Mocha. The Iced Mexican Mocha was a nice surprise. Most other mocha drinks I've had, had a chalky consistency. This one in particular was smooth and refreshing. As for the croissant waffle, I should have them up on their offer to heat it up. It was good, but it would have been much better warmed. Don't forget to check in on Yelp for 10% off a drink!
