Never again it took too long to get dinner and they got it all wrong and it was ****. Don't ever go there you will be very disappointed. The staff do their best but really have no idea what there doing and really don't care

Very disappointing. The whole experience. It has been a little while since my husband and I have been here but will never go back. Waited over an hour for lunch and then when mine came to the table it was cold and not edible. Tried to get any staff attention to talk to them about it bit couldn't get anyone's attention

I ordered my food at 6:30pm and still at 8:10pm I had not been given my food. In this time I asked about 10 times whilst they came out and gave everyone who ordered after me (as I was the first to order on my table) I asked if they could check on my snitzel. They kept assuring me that “yeah it’s on its way”. Well no it wasn’t, at 8:10pm I was so fed up waiting for my food as my daughter who is nearly two has been waiting for me to eat and now it’s extremely late. I asked for a refund and now to make it better the kitchen was closed! This isn’t the first time that I have had to wait a disgusting time for food or drinks and the service was horrible tonight. No one was helpful and nor did they follow up where my food was. To make things even better, I had no one apologise to me not even the manager.

I’ve been there a few times, however this time was exceptionally bad. Made a booking for 9 people, however no table was reserved. Order all of our food together, however they complete forgot the kids meals. Really disappointed in the service of the staff, very unprofessional.

Great venue but don't like or agree with the qr code order system. No menu hard copy. Don't accept cash for meals but do at the bar. Phone ordering is not for everyone.
