Very good restaurant. the food is great. the staff is very friendly. Especially the cook . I recommend it for every body it is one of the best restaurants in Hungary.

Disclaimer: I don’t know what “traditional Hungarian cuisine” should be, but I only had a PHENOMENAL meal here. Order lamb and beer. Instead of rice I asked the vegetables of the choice of cook and they surprised me with a bed of stewed purple cabbage and carburized onion and hot and sweet peppers, and fresh eks, tomatoes and salad. Chop the lamb ribs and the accompanying house hot smoked paprika sauces were a PERFECTION. The service was excellent: two fast and very friendly waiters were very attentive and ambitious. Traditional food served with interesting twist. The roasted lamb for two was the most delicious thing I had ever tasted. It was the shoulder part together with the forearm. It was juicy, juicy and aromatic. It came with roasted vegetables, rice and a delicious roux-based sauce. The part was more than enough for 2 people. The Goulash was hearty and delicious. I was surprised that this place was no longer gathering stars. Let me endanger a presumption; Perhaps it is because their fish came with bones, and people who are not used to it gave this place a lower assessment for this reason. I enjoyed her fish soup very; although I personally was perfectly happy to have bones in the fish panes, I dare to say some others may not feel the same way. Maybe if the owner underlines the presence of bones in their fish dishes, maybe this restaurant could get the higher reviews that it actually deserves.

I always had great meals here. we live here every Formula One weekend. 2 minutes to walk from the hotel to here. in the 3 years we have come for the f1 to budapest, we never had a bad meal. the owner makes us very welcome and always takes care of us! cannot recommend enough! will be back in 6 weeks when the f1 circus moves back to the city. are looking forward to returning! 5!

Good price and good. Simplistic but tasty. Lots of local people inside attracted our attentions. Was worth it. My ducky duck was tasty; soft, crisp and not too salty.
