Esther's Tex-mex - Buda

First-timer. Tried a sample of their beef enchiladas during my Sip Stroll and liked it so much that I went back after my event to order me a plate. Also tried their sweet tea and it was delicious.

So, delish. Have a flight of margaritas, queso, and any fantastic dish for dinner. Fun atmosphere and super friendly staff.

I ordered the tortilla soup and a skinny margarita, and unfortunately, both were not great. The soup lacked flavor and the margarita tasted like a pre-made mix. The server did not check on us, so I had to track them down for the bill and received a chewed-up pen to sign it. Additionally, the water tasted off and the outdoor terrace had a slight garage smell.

I haven't had chips and salsa this good in years! The staff was very friendly, and our food came out quickly and was extra delicious. My partner and I will definitely be returning soon!

The nachos are great. good happy hour. I have to go to dinner.
