Little Caesars Pizza - Bucyrus

I used the online ordering system to place my order at this restaurant. I even went to check on my pizza because I did not receive any notification that it was ready, but the website provided an estimated time. When I arrived, the staff informed me they had started working on it. After waiting for 30 minutes and seeing other customers served before me, I inquired about my order again. They asked what I had ordered and then informed me they had accidentally thrown it away. Despite remaining polite and patient throughout this ordeal, I eventually received my pizza over an hour later. There was no apology offered for the mistake. Overall, I do not recommend wasting your time at this restaurant as the service and experience were not worth it.

I would like to share my experience at this restaurant, but it seems like they are never busy. Despite claiming that the workers close the doors and refuse to serve customers, they still get paid just to have the place to themselves. This place has managed to avoid providing a normal service in our city, which is quite surprising.

The restaurant's customer service is terrible; they need to let go of Alicia. They have adopted Wendy's practice of communicating with customers who have pre-ordered to tell the kitchen to stop preparing their order because the customer wants to pay with cash instead of a card due to their register being down. The fact that Little Caesars hired someone like Alicia shows just how desperate they are for employees. She does not deserve even minimum wage, so hopefully, their wages are not that high. Save yourself the trouble and just stay home and cook a frozen pizza instead.

They never answer the phone! when they go to the load, they ignore the phone completely! Online orders are never on time and there is nothing ever ready!

Don't even bother, you can't order on the phone! Try and order online... Nope, forget that....hot and ready? Not even a chance. STAY AWAY!!!
