Jubilee Public House - Buckie

The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, but the menu is quite limited. I was hoping for a greater variety of seafood options. The fish and chips were good, and the sides were simple yet fresh.

If you're in this area, a trip to the Admiral is a must. It's a quintessential Scottish pub with a great menu and an impressive selection of beers. You can truly feel the genuine friendliness and warmth of the Scottish people here. I thoroughly enjoyed sipping my beer in the evening and engaging in pleasant conversations. I will definitely be back again!

It's a wonderful spot to enjoy outdoor seating, and the staff are incredibly friendly.

After being turned down for a tent pitch around the corner we went into the pub for an early tea as we'd skipped lunch. Dinner was starting at 5 and we arrived at 4 but the staff kindly said the kitchen would start cooking for us at 4:30. The food was glorious, we both had the Cullen Skink, the first time I'd ever had it....amazing, you must try it, I'd happily live off it! Mains were great too, and with a sea view what more could you ask for? Use this restaurant/ pub, don't lose it as it's a gem! Lots of outside parking which is free, at the harbour. Can't wait to return

I feel bad about the 3 star ratings. The staff were very attentive and friendly. It 's just that service was quite slow. The atmosphere may have been excellent in the actual restaurant, but because we had a dog, (which was immediately given a bowl of water), we were seated in the 'lounge ' which had no atmosphere at all but it did have people coming in and out constantly and a tear in the seat next to me. Having said that..the food was excellent and very reasonably priced..surprisingly so. We had garlic and chilli prawns, seafood linguine, steak and Guinness pie, strawberry and white chocolate cheesecake and 4 drinks all for under £70.
