Great place to get great chocolates, baked goods, and other treats. There's always a lot of people and service is pretty slow so be patient.

We had a party here and the overall experience was good. But, the process of signing the papers for the event was hands down bad. We had to sign far too many documents for a party, and the organization of their team was not great. For instance, they called us several times to the office and they didn't actually have the documents ready. So, even though the actual event was good, the overall experience was not. I'd recommend skipping them for events.

Nice place to stay in the heart of the city. Staff and services are good. Check in time is 2 p.m.. easy to access different food shops near by. Air conditioning is fine. Decoration is unique, you can enjoy a vintage as the hotel is located in an old building. Wifi is working fine. Mini bar is there. Non smoking room. Hot water is available.

I booked a single classic room and when I turned up they did not have it in the system. After waiting nearly 1 hour it was very irritating they hadn't checked me in and talking to hotels.com who were very helpful ringing the hotel twice. Finally they found my check in and upgraded me which was nice for the stuff around. The room was nice, wifi good and bed very comfy. A kettle in room would be nice. The location is perfect and I'd stay again if the price is right.

Such a shame . I had known both the he hotel and restaurant for years. Total disappointment. The hotel was full with security people, apparently for some Rumanian VIP 's. when those left there was noone in the hotel. The restaurant which was once full of people and best quality food and service was empty/ It was heartbreaking for someone who had known the good days of the restaurant to see it/ The breakfast was so poor and unattractive (cold scrambled eggs) that we decided to skip it and drink good coffee at a nearby cafe. The only advantage is the location. The price is higher even than 5-star hotels. Sorry ' I can 't recommend this hotel.
