La Dolce Vita - Bucaramanga

I found this place when I came by. The ambience is very beautiful and the service was absolutely spectacular, each item was made fresh, with all the details of the request, not many places do this and even less do it successfully. The salad as well as the soup were phenomenal a lot of heart and many great flavors. Both were large portions, especially soup. The Pasta dish was also made to order and very fresh. Although I wouldn't say it was the best, it was definitely good. The prices for the appetizers, especially in this ambience, are very reasonable, even for people who live on Pesos. The pasta court could have been a bit high for Colombian currency, but in US dollars the three things including the top cost $16. The pasta in the USA alone would have been more than that without tipping or tax in a mill restaurant that was much more elegant. The restaurant was not very crowded when I was there, so I can imagine that much attention is given to every article, there could be a quite decent wait for the food, but I would say it is worth it.

Buen comida, good part, but a little expensive as most Italian restaurants. Cheesecake(9/10) was better than the tiramisu (7/10)

Este restaurante ofrece una variedad de deliciosos platos italianos. No estaba muy concurrido cuando lo visité y nos sentimos bien atendidos, pero lo más importante fue la calidad de los alimentos, que fue excelente. También sirven una ensalada saludable y la entrada que llevaron a la mesa era exquisita. Lo recomiendo.

La comida es muy buena, quizás un poco cara, pero la prefiero a otros restaurantes tradicionales en Bucaramanga que cobran lo mismo y parecen picadas.
