Pasture At Marksbury Farm

This place is a little odd. It's a processing plant but there is no fresh product. Everything is frozen. The steaks are not sold by the pound but by the unit. So a 12 oz rib-eye costs the same as a 16 oz ribeye. Never seen that before. A woman was bringing out plates of burgers and fries and loading them into a hot box. There was only 5 people there so I can only guess she was doing this for the workers in the plant for when they take there lunch break. The place is self serve at a kiosk. I did not get a burger.

Purchased some meat for a function, fresh and delicious! You pay a slight premium but the quality surpasses anything found at any of the typical groceries. Excellent!

Food is amazing, just amazing. I always take meat (brats, usually) home with me, too. I guess good food can 't be rushed 'cause they 're quite slow with the orders. Staff could be a bit friendlier, too, but, did I say, the food is amazing!

Went on a Saturday with the wife. Really meet inside. Both of us ordered burgers and a side. I had the butcher burger. It is a burger topped with Howard's creek beer cheese and pulled pork. It was amazing. My wife had just a cheese burger. Her side was chips, which are potato chips fried in house. I had the vinegar slaw. Small sedating area, but had more room upstairs. They do a lot of to go orders. They had all sorts of meats for sale as well as lots of local items. The burgers and sides were outstanding. It is a little pricy, but it is quality. Wheelchair accessible with little assistance. Will be back to visit again.

Clean all the coolers and freezers are well kept at temp all the people are good Christian people.I love every one who works there.
